Horrible service

I placed an order at 6:30 pm and received my pizza after an hour. Once I received my order which was cold.The cheese pizza I ordered was just dough. So I returned it back to the delivery man who stated that he will return with another pizza. He stated that he will take the other pizza to show the owner the pizza however, he returned and never came back. After 40 minutes I called for an update about my order. I waited another hour for the pizza that I had already paid for. The delivery man arrives to my house and states that he needs me to pay more. I stated that I had already paid for it. He did not choose to leave. I called domino's and they transferred me to the owner who then stated I had already paid for the pizza.
